My recent visit to Anew U Spa in Avon, Ohio for a custom medical massage was exactly what I needed. I had been carrying so much built-up tension and pain in my neck, shoulders and back and this experience truly made a difference.

Rosa , my therapist was incredible. She is extremely knowledgeable and exceptionally professional, taking the time to understand where I was experiencing discomfort and tailoring the massage to address those areas. Her technique was both therapeutic and deeply relieving- I left feeling lighter, more relaxed and with significantly less pain.

I think Cathy gave me "Anew" back! I went for a relaxation massage but mentioned my lower back. I felt so relaxed after that I zoned out all evening & slept fantastically! This morning my back fells amazing & I feel refreshed.

I had my first ever facial with Marge and had a wonderful experience. She was extremely knowledgeable and I appreciated that she took the time to get to know me and create an individualized experience for me. I do have a bit of anxiety with these types of things and she was very good at making me feel comfortable and adapting to my needs! I would definitely go back and would want to work with her again!
